THE STORY OF ABSOLUTE!
----------------------
Let me introduce myself! Here's Ben of Absolute! writing. Well, that's
me, but a few days ago I was a Soc.Brigade member. A great complication, or
what? Maybe you want to know how is that. Otherwise you can't say no, so I
tell you... Our name, Soc.Brigade was very known here in Hungary and perhaps
a bit known around the globe, but we have had several problems
@IPzoldfej\ with our name, recently. Many guys couldn't understand the
meaning, the pronounciation of it. On the other hand we started
to suffer in a usual illness of old groups, called lazyness.
For these reasons we thought the time has come for some
changes... We kicked out some unactive guys, we asked some
talented ones to join and we have changed our name to Absolute!.
This is the short story of Absolute!
But I want to tell you more about this big plan of us, because it's not
simply a change of name. Here in Hungary there aren't so many elite groups,
only about 5-6 crews are over avarage. As those groups aren't beginners and
they haven't got a lot of members, the lack of productions is a very known
problem. Only Majic 12 found the solution with finding some good divisions,
but they have a lot of problems in Hungary, actually. Anyway, it's quite sad
that only some guys know the origin of Majic 12 and the nationality of their
best members. Well, after seeing those troubles, we've decided to make a new
group with the best members of hungarian elite groups...
In april'92 ADT, the leader of@IPabssinceR
Soc.Brigade who is one of the best coders
in Hungary said me that he wants to
change the name of our group, and he
found a nice name: Absolute! and asked
me about my opinions... First time our
opinions was a bit splitted because our
group wasn't so unknown and for a new
group it's very hard to be fast close to
the top. But as we had enough work with
our hungarian mag, we really needed some talented members. After asking the
opinions, on the last week-end of August we made an internal meeting and
formed the group. The actual memberlist is:
EX-GROUPS

Have I told you anything about our productions? Yeah! First we made a
trackmo, under the name of SB Absolute!, called Aabsolute (the last
Soc.Brigade production, snuff...), a cool musicdisk, called Musication vol.1
and an even nicer file-demo, entitled Pizza-place. And we have released
Sledge Hammer issue 9 (in Hungarian) with a nice intro. Not bad for beginning
and during one month!
Well, that's all and watch out for our productions in the future!
